LET EVERYONE KNOW: Skopje Pride takes place on June 20, Mollëkuqja calls for participation

The Pride Parade in Skopje will be held on June 20, 2026, under the slogan "Let Everyone Know / Сите нека знаат". Participants will gather at 18:00 at the Fountain in City Park, with the march starting at 19:00. The procession will move along Ilinden Boulevard, Roosevelt Street, Partizanski Odredi and VMRO Boulevards, and Dimitrije Čupovski Street, concluding at "Žena Borec" Park.

According to the organizers, the slogan is a message against the erasure of LGBTIQ+ people from public space, culture and collective memory, and against the silence served to them as a condition for acceptance.

"We exist, we are here and we refuse to make ourselves smaller in order to be accepted. We are part of the families, friendships, workplaces and everyday lives of this society," the organizers state, adding that many LGBTIQ+ people still live in fear of the consequences if "everyone finds out," writes Skopje Pride.

"With it, we want to oppose the silence that is handed to us as a condition for safety and acceptance, as well as the silencing we receive in response to our demands and protests. 'Let Everyone Know' is a message against the systematic erasure and exclusion of LGBTIQ+ people from public space, culture and collective memory," adds Skopje Pride.
