Shifrat e dekad\u00ebs s\u00eb fundit n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb tregojn\u00eb se rastet e diagnostikuara me depresion kan\u00eb sh\u00ebnuar r\u00ebnie por askush nuk e din se sa persona me depresion mbesin t\u00eb padiagnostikuar kurr\u00eb, si pasoj\u00eb e fshehjes s\u00eb simptomave, mosk\u00ebrkim t\u00eb ndihm\u00ebs s\u00eb ekspert\u00ebve, frik\u00ebs nga paragjykimi dhe ngjash\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.iph.mk\/\">Instituti i Sh\u00ebndetit Publik<\/a>\u00a0ndau me ne t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat m\u00eb t\u00eb fundit q\u00eb kan\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat n\u00eb fakt jan\u00eb p\u00ebr periudh\u00ebn 2012-2021 n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat analizohen statistikat p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha gjendjet e sh\u00ebndetit mendor. Me depresion n\u00eb vend n\u00eb vitin 2021 jan\u00eb regjistruar 263 raste. Sipas Organizat\u00ebs Bot\u00ebrore t\u00eb Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb, vet\u00ebm n\u00eb vitin e par\u00eb t\u00eb pandemis\u00eb pati nj\u00eb rritje prej 28% t\u00eb rasteve me depresion n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb bot\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>E deri sa n\u00eb disa vende me sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsi t\u00eb avancuar ka ca koh\u00eb q\u00eb flitet hapur p\u00ebr s\u00ebmundjet mendore, shoq\u00ebria jon\u00eb akoma i konsideron k\u00ebto tema si tabu, t\u00eb turpshme, t\u00eb pakapshme dhe t\u00eb larg\u00ebta. N\u00eb fakt, depresioni, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn n\u00eb nj\u00eb faz\u00eb n\u00eb jet\u00eb, mund t\u00eb prek\u00eb secilin.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>PSIKOLOG\u00cbT: DEPRESIONI PREK MENDJEN DHE TRUPIN \u00a0<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Muaji maj \u00ebsht\u00eb muaji i nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimit t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetit mendor. Ajo kujton se depresioni mund t\u2019i ndodh\u00eb kujtdo.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"px-4 mt-5 text-lg italic font-bold\">Depresioni nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb gjendje normale kalimtare e mendjes, dhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb as shenj\u00eb e dob\u00ebsis\u00eb personale, as situat\u00eb q\u00eb mund t\u00eb &#8220;shuhet&#8221;. Nuk i takon personit t\u00eb prekur q\u00eb t\u00eb vendos\u00eb t\u00eb \u201cmbledh\u00eb veten\u201d dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsohet.
